Managing Authorization for Robots  

The registered robots can be authorized for the selected users. You can grant permission to view the robot, view the process execution history, add the schedules, and add the vault records. There are three levels of permissions:

To manage the permission s:

  1. Navigate to Robots > Control & Audit.
  2. For any robot, click the Authorization icon from the Action column.
  3. The Manage Authorization window is displayed. You can select the required option:
    1. Choose the option Global to authorize all the users to view the robot.
    2. Choose the option Allow to authorize specific users or groups to view the robot.
  4. After selecting the Allow option, click Add Permission, and then click Empty from the User/Groups column. The list of available user roles and user groups will be displayed.
  5. Choose a user or a group for granting permission for creating a process, viewing robots in the Execution History, creating a Schedule, and adding a record in the Vault. After selecting a user or a group, click  to save the changes.
  6. Choose one or more permissions, and click Save.

    The  user or group is granted permission for the selected actions. You can grant permissions for more users and groups. 
  7. To edit any permission, uncheck the required permission, and click Save
  8. To delete all the permissions, click the Delete icon from the Action column. 
Note: You cannot assign permission to your user account.
